Delivery 

Orders To Mainland UK- FREE OVER £25
Small/lower value items will be sent via Royal Mail's 'Standard Parcel' delivery service. 
Please allow 3-5 working days. A charge of £3.95 for postage applies for orders under £25.

Orders To Europe And Worldwide - £8.95
Parcels will be dispatched by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. For single items, or multiple items not exceeding 500g, the shipping cost is £8.95 (Airmail). For multiple items exceeding 500g, we will email you with a detailed delivery quote for your approval, before we process your order. Please allow up to 10 working days after dispatch.

Tracked&Signed Delivery - from £6.95
Larger/higher value items can be sent via Royal Mail's 'Recorded Signed For' delivery service. We recommend you choosing this type of delivery if your items are of £50 value or higher. Tracked delivery to Mainland UK costs £6.95 (under 1kg), and Worldwide delivery costs £11.95 (under 500g). For any larger sized orders additional costs may apply.

Next Day Delivery
We will always endeavor to deliver your items as quickly as possible, however if you need your order urgently please Contact Us before placing your order so we can check stock availability and arrange a faster delivery for you. Additional cost may apply.


Returns

How long do I have to return my items?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods to us providing you notify us in writing/email of your wish for a refund or exchange within 7 days. Items must be received by us within 14 days of delivery and returned at your own expense. This applies to online orders only, goods purchased in the store can be exchanged or a credit note will be issued.

How long will it take for the refund/exchange to be processed?
Refunds will be given or a replacement dispatched once we receive the item(s). We will refund the card used for the purchase of the goods. Please note that it may take 3-5 days for the funds to reach your account. 

What if my items are faulty?
If the goods are faulty upon receipt we ask that you return them to us within the 14 day return period, the cost of the return postage will be refunded where a postal receipt is provided. If items become faulty after use please inform us as soon as possible in writing/email we will then request that you return the items to us for an evaluation of the fault. 

Can I return an item which I have had made to my specification?
Items made to order are not eligible for a refund.

We ask that all goods are returned to us in their original packaging and in a new, unused condition. For example shoes should be tried on a clean surface, so as not to mark/damage the soles. In the interests of hygiene underwear, tights, socks and foot thongs/undeez are not returnable.
